Qualifying Buyers:
As we work with buyers we go out of our way to develop an
understanding of their criteria and their desires. We carefully
match buyers to opportunities. When qualifying buyers we require
they provide us with Financial Statements and answer an interest
questionnaire. We never disclose information about a business
to a buyer without the sellers expressed permission and following
the completion of a Confidentiality and Warranty Agreement
for each business they are interested in.
Managing The Process:
We professionally manage the selling process from initiation
to settlement in a fully secure and confidential fashion.
