This Fitness Center located in Prince William County, VA has been established for 11 years. The building itself has been a Fitness Center for more than 25 years. It is a full service health club which combines a full range of fitness, exercise equipment and facilities with professional trainers, personally tailored programs, group health and fitness classes. The club provides a friendly, motivating and energizing environment for physical activities. The club has 7,200 sq. feet and has a lot to offer; Treadmills, Stationary Bikes, Resistant Equipment, Ladies Locker Room, Tanning Beds, Men’s Sauna, Pro Shop, Snack Bar, Elliptical Cross Trainers, Step Machines, Free Weights, Ladies Sauna, Stretching Area, Men’s Locker Room and Group Classes.
