Business Description

The operation is a home-based business operation specializing in advertising sales and ad placements.  The company provides prescription bags (FREE of charge) to independent pharmacies throughout Virginia.  Advertisement space is then sold to local area merchants who want to advertise their service on the bag.

The company currently services 130 independent pharmacies with ad space sold in all respective markets.  The market includes all of Virginia south of Fredericksburg. The owner does not service markets north of Fredericksburg due to capacity constraints. 

The business can be expanded to include Northern Virginia and surrounding Border States.  With the right investment and sales personnel, the new owner could provide bags other than prescription bags to pharmacies (for purchase of small items), local retail businesses, and other.  Advertising could then be targeted to national advertisers.

The business has been in operation since 1999 and has grown to its maximum operation capacity under a husband and wife team.  The company has further expansion capabilities with an investment in key individuals for sales and processing operations.

Reason for the Sale: the owner has decided to pursue other opportunities.
